Do you ever get that feeling like your energy is just off? You feel drained, your mood is low, and you keep running into negative people.

Auras are invisible energy fields that surround you, reflecting what's going on in your inner and outer world. When your aura is clouded or imbalanced, it can really affect your mental and physical health, and that's when strange things may start happening for no reason.

People act like they don't see you

Some people just seem to look right through you. It's as if you're invisible. Our auras are energy fields that surround our bodies and reflect our mental, emotional, and spiritual state. When our auras are clouded with negative emotions like stress, anxiety, or anger, it can make others feel uneasy in our presence.

People may subconsciously avoid direct interaction with you as a way to protect themselves from the negative energy they sense coming from your aura. They may smile and nod in your direction but not actually engage you in conversation. Or they may look through you as if you weren't there, even when you speak directly to them. This behavior shows that, on some level, others feel the need to distance themselves from your energy field.

Dark entities are attracted to you

Negative entities and spirits feed off of negative energy, and if your aura is emitting a lot of negative energy due to stress, anger, or other emotions, it can attract these entities, like moths, to a flame.

You may experience feelings of being watched when alone, see shadows moving out of the corner of your eye, find unexplained scratches on skin, have bad dreams or nightmares, or just feel an overall sense of heaviness around you.

These entities may also attempt to influence or manipulate the person's thoughts and emotions, making them feel more negative, fearful, or hopeless. If you suddenly seem to experience more paranormal activity, strange occurrences, or negative intrusive thoughts, and you feel like something negative is drawn to you, it could be a sign that your aura is emitting an excess of negative energy.

Things fall from your hands often

When your aura is clouded with negative energy, it can create a sort of magnetic field that attracts objects to the ground. This field interferes with your grip on things, making them slip out of your hands more easily. Some people describe feeling like they have "butterfingers" when their aura is imbalanced.

A cluttered or negative aura can also cause distraction and lack of focus, which makes you more prone to fumbling and dropping objects. Your mind may be preoccupied with worries or stressful thoughts, taking away your full attention from the task at hand.

You keep finding dead animals

Dead animals appearing in your vicinity may mean your aura is emitting vibrations that repel living creatures while attracting those who have passed. This could be due to negative emotions like anxiety, stress, or anger that have built up within you, clouding your energy field.

If you find feathers, dead birds, or small animals near your home, office, or places you frequent often, pay attention to how you are feeling emotionally and mentally. When an animal detects negative energy around a person, it can cause a repellent effect that may lead the animal to become sick or die.

You're a magnet to toxic people

Like attracts like in the energetic realm. When we're feeling down and out, it can attract certain kinds of people into our lives. If stress, worry, or sadness is how we usually feel deep down, then we tend to connect with others on that same wavelength. Misery certainly does love company!

Our energy puts out a frequency, and that frequency draws in what's vibing at a similar level. So if negativity is what we're emitting most days due to feeling frazzled, on edge, or just generally glum, then we'll feel a pull towards individuals operating at that low-level buzz. Those people almost seem familiar because we resonate with their bad moods or toxic attitudes. And it can even impact your close relationships - friends or your partner might start avoiding you or ignoring you for no clear reason.

Intense mood swings

We all have our good and dark days. It's normal to feel happy one moment and sad the next. But if you find that your moods are swinging wildly and frequently changing without any real triggers, that could be a sign that your aura needs a boost.

Our auras act like an energy field that surrounds us. They soak up the vibes from our surroundings and the people we interact with each day. When your aura is feeling low or drained, it doesn't do as good a job blocking out outside forces that can mess with your emotions.

You may feel excited for one second and then angry for no reason at all. Or you could be perfectly content and all of a sudden feel down in the dumps. Rapid, intense changes in mood without an obvious cause are a red flag that your aura could use some TLC. Outside influences have more of an effect on your feelings and state of mind when your protective energy field is weak or damaged.
